Orihuela hosts the art exhibition “Orihuela y sus rincones”, a collective exhibition featuring a selection of works created by students of the art workshop led by Orihuela-born artist Yolanda Alfonso. The exhibition can be visited from 7 to 18 July 2026 at the Centro Cultural La Lonja de Orihuela.

The exhibition presents a collection of artworks inspired by some of the most emblematic spaces, landscapes and monuments of the municipality of Orihuela. Through different artistic techniques and personal styles, participants offer their own interpretation of the corners that form part of the city’s historical, architectural and cultural heritage.

An Artistic Perspective on Orihuela’s Heritage

The exhibition brings together works created by students of different ages and skill levels, reflecting the creativity, sensitivity and dedication of each artist. Exhibition by Students of Yolanda Alfonso’s Art Workshop

The artistic project highlights the work developed during the workshop directed by Orihuela-born artist Yolanda Alfonso, where participants explore different forms of visual expression and develop their creativity through the environment that surrounds them.

The exhibition demonstrates how art can become a tool for observing, interpreting and conveying the beauty of everyday spaces, bringing Orihuela’s heritage closer to both residents and visitors.
