Aquagym at Finestrat Municipal Swimming Pool – A Summer Wellness Programme

The Finestrat Municipal Swimming Pool, located at Plaça de la Unió Europea, 03509 Finestrat, Alicante, will host its Aquagym programme during the 2026 summer season. Organised by the Finestrat Town Council, the programme is designed to promote physical activity, improve overall fitness, and support a healthy lifestyle through low-impact exercise in the water. The programme will run from 22 June to 17 August 2026, with sessions taking place every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Classes will be held in two daily sessions:

8:00 PM – 8:45 PM
8:45 PM – 9:30 PM
